Registering for Support

To register for access to VT Support, visit the VT homepage

The privately held data is used only for support purposes. You can request for it to be removed at any time, but this action will also remove your access to the support system.

Click the Support button to access the Support page, and then click Login.

Click on the Register button, and fill out the necessary fields. Note: the contact information you provide here will be used when we process support tickets.

After registering, there will be a delay while your account is assigned to your organization. This can take up to 24hrs. 

On completion of that assignment, you will be able to raise support tickets, search our knowledge base, access news, and download documentation.
